At Ethereal Glow Aesthetics, we prioritize a tranquil and relaxing environment for all our patients. We want you to enjoy your self care day! Please review our policies below.
Medical Clearance
All patient forms are sent electronically and will need to be completed at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. This allows our provider time to review your medical history and clear you for your treatment(s). We require that all our patients be medically cleared at least 24 hours prior to treatment(s) or your appointment will need to be cancelled or rescheduled until completed.
24 Hour Cancellation Policy
At Ethereal Glow Aesthetics, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. There is a $50.00 non-refundable deposit required for all appointments, including follow-up visits, and applicable towards your treatment. If you reschedule or cancel before 24 hours of your appointment, your deposit may be applied to future appointments. If the appointment is canceled within 24 hours of your appointment or no-show, your deposit is forfeited. If the deposit was not collected prior to your appointment, you will be charged the $50.00 fee. If you rebook within the next month, the cancellation/no-show fee can be applied to that appointment. This provides an opportunity for other patients to book the appointment.
Late Policy
In order to bring the best experience to all our patients, please arrive to your appointment on time. Please call us if you are running late. For late arrivals of 15 minutes or less, your appointment can only be shortened and no refunds will be given. Appointments more than 15 minutes late will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited with no refund. Please allow yourself plenty of time to find parking.
Communication & Response Time Policy
Ethereal Glow Aesthetics prioritizes open, prompt, and clear communication with every patient. Our business hours are: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Pacific Time (PT). Non-urgent questions (routine scheduling, pricing, general skincare advice) are answered within 24–48 business hours. Medically urgent questions related to a recent treatment are prioritized and addressed as soon as possible. Messages received after hours or on weekends are triaged the next business day. For emergencies, severe pain, signs of infection, vascular compromise, vision changes, or any life-threatening symptoms, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department before contacting our office.
No Child Policy
For safety, children under 13 are not permitted in the med spa unless accompanied by a responsible adult other than the patient.
No Pet Policy
To maintain a clean and hygienic environment in accordance with our facility regulations, we kindly request that pets are not brought onto the med spa premises. Service animals as defined by the ADA are exempt. We thank you for your cooperation and understanding in keeping your beloved fur babies at home.
No-Refund Policy
All sales are final. All purchased services, treatments, treatment packages, deductibles, medications, and/or products are non-refundable, regardless of personal satisfaction. Chargebacks are prohibited.
No-Tolerance Policy
At Ethereal Glow Aesthetics, we are committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment for all clients and staff. To uphold our standards of professionalism, respect, and integrity, we enforce a strict 'No-Tolerance Policy' for any behavior or actions that compromise these values. This policy applies to all individuals, including clients, staff members, vendors, and visitors.
Ethereal Glow Aesthetics embraces an inclusive culture where every guest, team member, vendor, and visitor is welcomed with warmth and respect. To keep our space positive and professional, we kindly ask that everyone refrain from behavior that could diminish this environment, such as discrimination or harassment, defamation, slander, or other false statements that might harm the clinic and staff, threats, intimidation, violence, or any actions that disrupt care or the comfort of others. Such behavior will result in immediate removal from the premises, discharge from the practice, and may lead to legal action. Please note that upon discharge, any unused credits or products will unfortunately expire without refund, and your account will be deactivated.

Reservation of Right to Reject Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates our med spa policies or exhibits disruptive behavior that may disturb the experience of other guests, staff, or professionals in surrounding businesses. We reserve the right to explain and provide further clarification on the terms of this policy, should any questions or concerns arise. This policy is subject to change at the discretion of Ethereal Glow Aesthetics management without advance notice.
