At Ethereal Glow Aesthetics, every detail is thoughtfully designed to provide a serene and restorative experience. We invite you to fully enjoy your self-care time with us. Please review the following policies prior to your visit.

Medical Clearance
All patient forms are provided electronically and must be completed at least 48 hours prior to your appointment to allow time for a thorough review of your medical history and treatment eligibility. All patients must be medically cleared at least 24 hours prior to their appointment. If clearance has not been completed within this timeframe, your appointment will need to be rescheduled.

24 Hour Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes. A non-refundable $100 reservation fee is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your treatment when completed. Appointments canceled or adjusted with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, will result in forfeiture of the reservation fee. Changes made with more than 24 hours’ notice may have the reservation fee applied toward a future visit within one month. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Providing advance notice allows us to thoughtfully accommodate other patients while maintaining a seamless experience for all. Your appointment time is thoughtfully reserved to provide a personalized and unhurried experience. Reservation fees are non-refundable, as your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you and the provider’s time is unrecoverable once scheduled.

Late Policy
To ensure a seamless and elevated experience for all patients, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. Arrivals up to 15 minutes late may require a shortened appointment to maintain our schedule. The full service fee will still apply and no refunds will be issued. Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and the booking fee will be forfeited. We recommend allowing ample time for parking and arrival.

Communication & Response Time Policy
At Ethereal Glow Aesthetics, we prioritize clear, attentive, and timely communication. Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time. Non-urgent inquiries, including scheduling, pricing, and general skincare questions, are typically addressed within 24 to 48 business hours. Medically urgent concerns related to a recent treatment are prioritized and addressed as promptly as possible. Messages received outside of business hours or on weekends will be reviewed the next business day. For emergencies, including severe pain, signs of infection, vascular compromise, or vision changes, please call 911 or proceed to the nearest emergency department prior to contacting our office.

No Child Policy
For the safety and comfort of all patients, children under the age of 13 are not permitted in the treatment space unless accompanied by another responsible adult who is not receiving treatment.

No Pet Policy
To maintain a clean and compliant clinical environment, pets are not permitted within the med spa. Service animals, as defined by the ADA, are always welcome. While all furbabies are dearly loved, they are best cared for at home to ensure the highest standards of care for all patients.

No-Refund Policy
All sales are final. All services, treatments, treatment packages, memberships, reservation fees, products, and medications are non-refundable, regardless of personal satisfaction or outcome. By proceeding with any purchase or treatment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Completed treatments and services rendered are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances. Prepaid services, packages, and memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable. Any attempt to dispute or reverse a valid charge through a chargeback is considered a violation of this policy. In the event of a chargeback, the patient is responsible for any associated fees, including a $35 chargeback fee, in addition to the original balance owed. Outstanding balances must be paid in full prior to scheduling any future appointments. Ethereal Glow Aesthetics reserves the right to suspend services, deactivate accounts, and pursue collection or legal action as necessary.

No-Tolerance Policy
At Ethereal Glow Aesthetics, we are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for all patients and team members. To uphold our standards of professionalism, integrity, and care, we maintain a strict no-tolerance policy for any behavior that compromises this environment. This policy applies to all individuals, including patients, staff, vendors, and visitors.

Ethereal Glow Aesthetics fosters an inclusive and elevated space where every individual is treated with courtesy and respect. To preserve this experience, all guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that supports a positive and professional atmosphere. This includes refraining from behaviors such as discrimination or harassment, defamation or false statements, threats, intimidation, violence, or any conduct that disrupts care or the comfort of others.

Any violation of this policy will result in immediate removal from the premises and discharge from the practice, and may result in legal action. Upon discharge, any unused services, credits, or products will be forfeited without refund, and the account will be permanently deactivated.

Reservation of Right to Reject Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates our policies or engages in behavior that disrupts the experience of our patients, guests, staff, or surrounding businesses. Ethereal Glow Aesthetics reserves the right to interpret and enforce these policies at its discretion and may update them without prior notice. We also reserve the right to provide further clarification regarding the terms of these policies should any questions or concerns arise.
