These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the services provided by Ethereal Glow Aesthetics, including but not limited to our website, booking services, and in-person treatments. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Services

a. Treatment Services: Ethereal Glow Aesthetics offers a range of aesthetic and skincare treatments, including but not limited to neurotoxins/neuromodulators, dermal fillers, injectables, chemical peels, microneedling, PRP/PRF/EZ Gel, facials, IV hydration, filler dissolving, and skincare. All services are provided by trained and licensed professionals in accordance with industry standards and best practices.

b. Consultations: Prior to receiving any treatment, clients may be required to undergo a consultation with one of our skincare specialists or practitioners. During the consultation, the client's medical history, skincare concerns, and treatment goals will be discussed to ensure the most suitable treatment plan is recommended.

c. Booking and Cancellations: Appointments can be booked through our website or by phone. We require a 24-hour notice period for cancellations or rescheduling, as outlined in our cancellation policy. The $50 non‑refundable deposit remains on your account and is applied toward future treatment if you cancel more than 24 hours in advance. Deposits are forfeited for late cancellations or no‑shows.

2. Client Responsibilities

a. Disclosure of Information: Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about their medical history, allergies, medications, and any other relevant details that may affect their treatment.

b. Follow-Up Care: It is the Client’s responsibility to follow any post-treatment instructions and attend any follow-up appointments provided by our practitioners to ensure optimal results and minimize the risk of complications.

c. Consent: By undergoing any treatment at Ethereal Glow Aesthetics, clients consent to the recommended procedures and understand the potential risks and benefits involved.

3. Payments and Fees

a. Payment: Payment for services is due at the time of treatment, unless otherwise arranged in advance. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other forms of electronic payment.

b. Fees: Our pricing is transparent and all treatment costs will be thoroughly discussed and communicated with clients prior to any treatment. Additional fees may apply for specialized services, products, and/or requested add-ons. Pricing is subject to change until an appointment is confirmed. It is the client's responsibility to ask questions and ensure full understanding of the cost of treatment during the consultation. By proceeding with the treatment, the client confirms and agrees to the stated costs and accept full financial responsibility. No treatment will be provided without prior agreement on the costs.

c. Financial Responsibility: The client remains fully and solely responsible for all fees associated with initial treatments and any subsequent services, such as touch-ups, corrective procedures, product adjustments, or dissolving agents, regardless of personal satisfaction with the outcome. Ethereal Glow Aesthetics is under no obligation to provide complimentary revisions or treatments.

d. Gratuities: Gratuities are not required for medical treatments. They are appreciated by our staff as a token of appreciation for exceptional service for non-medical treatments.

4. Privacy and Confidentiality

a. Data Security: Ethereal Glow Aesthetics is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of our clients' personal information. We adhere to industry standards for data security and compliance with applicable privacy laws, including HIPAA and California’s Confidentiality of Medical Information Act (CMIA).

b. Consent for Use of Information: By providing personal information to Ethereal Glow Aesthetics, clients consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their information for the purpose of providing services and improving the client experience.

5. Code of Conduct

a. Respectful Behavior: We expect all clients to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner towards our staff and fellow clients.

b. Prohibited Conduct: Ethereal Glow Aesthetics maintains a zero-tolerance policy for any disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate behavior, including verbal or written harassment, slanderous or false statements intended to defame the clinic, or intimidation of staff or other patients. Such conduct may result in immediate refusal of service, removal from the premises, discharge from the practice, and, when warranted, further legal action.

6. Liability and Disclaimers

a. Limitation of Liability: While Ethereal Glow Aesthetics strives to provide safe and effective treatments, we cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes. Clients acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with aesthetic procedures. All medical-aesthetic procedures carry potential risks (including, but not limited to, swelling, bruising, asymmetry, and other imperfections). The client accepts these inherent risks and understands that individual healing responses and final results vary. While Ethereal Glow Aesthetics and its providers will exercise professional skill and care, perfect or identical results cannot be promised or implied.

b. Disclaimer: Ethereal Glow Aesthetics may, in the professional judgment of its licensed providers and in accordance with prevailing clinical standards, employ drugs, devices, and other therapies that are FDA-approved, FDA-cleared, or not yet cleared or approved by the FDA, and may use them for indications, dosages, or techniques that differ from those described in manufacturer labeling or regulatory authorization (“off-label"). Telehealth services comply with California telemedicine regulations and may not be available outside states where our providers are licensed. The client acknowledges, consents, and voluntarily authorizes the practice to incorporate these drugs, devices, or treatments into their aesthetic care, accepting full responsibility for all associated risks. Information provided on our website or by our staff is for educational purposes only and should not be construed as medical advice. Clients should consult with a qualified healthcare professional for personalized medical guidance.

7. Copyright / Content Use

a. All materials on our website, all social media, including before/after images and written content, are protected by copyright of Ethereal Glow Aesthetics. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
b. Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Santa Clara County, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

8. Amendments and Updates

a. Changes to Terms: Ethereal Glow Aesthetics reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The revised terms will be effective upon posting on our website.

9. Governing Law

a. Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
